Pune police have filed a chargesheet approximately two months after the Porsche incident, which supposedly includes the parents of a minor allegedly driving the car. This extensive chargesheet incorporates statements from 50 witnesses.

On Thursday, the police submitted their 900-page chargesheet to the sessions court, excluding the name of the 17-year-old minor since his case is pending at the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB). However, seven people are accused under relevant sections of the IPC, including criminal conspiracy and evidence tampering.

As per the chargesheet, two other accused, Ashfaq Makandar and Amar Gaikwad, allegedly acted as intermediaries for financial transactions to swap blood samples between the boy's father and doctors.
