They've pledged to surveil your possessions, even proposing to scrutinize our mothers' and sisters' sacred mangalsutras. One leader suggested using X-ray for inspections.'
Congress's Pilot Project in Andhra Pradesh
PM Modi continued, 'Congress has always indulged in vote bank politics. Their first move in 2004, as soon as they captured the center, aimed to reduce SC/ST reservation in Andhra Pradesh to make room for Muslim reservations. This pilot project was Congress's attempt to experiment across the nation.'
SC Blocks Congress's Ulterior Motives
He further criticized, 'Between 2004 and 2010, Congress tried four times to implement Muslim reservation in Andhra Pradesh but couldn't succeed due to legal hurdles and the Supreme Court's vigilance. In 2011, they attempted a nationwide implementation, threatening to snatch the rights of SC/ST and OBC communities for vote bank politics.'
