As the elections draw near, political maneuvering within the grand alliance reaches a climax. In the midst of these deliberations, Tuesday night saw a pivotal meeting between Pappu Yadav, guardian of the Jan Adhikar Party, and Lalu Prasad Yadav along with his son, former Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav. In conversation with Aaj Tak, Pappu Yadav stated, 'Purnia is my bastion. I have won several elections there. I will certainly contest the elections from Purnia. Last night, I met Lalu ji and brother Tejashwi and we formulated a strategy on how to drive out the BJP. I have always been connected to the ideology of the India Bloc. We will be uniting soon. Tejashwi Yadav represents youth and has accomplished commendable work in 17 months. The BJP has deceived Chirag Paswan, Pashupati Kumar Paras, and also Mukesh Sahni. Chirag Paswan's party has been fragmented.'
