Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend an event in Siwan district of Bihar on June 20. As the election season approaches, PM Modi will be gifting development projects worth around 10,000 crore rupees to Bihar during this event organized by the Ministry of Railways at Jasauli in Siwan district. The Prime Minister is also scheduled to address a public meeting in Jasauli.

Politics have intensified ahead of PM Modi's program. Opposition leader in Bihar Legislative Assembly, Tejashwi Yadav, has made a sly remark about PM Modi's Bihar visit. Tejashwi Yadav stated that the Prime Minister is not coming to discuss issues of employment or migration. He added that once again, PM Modi is arriving just to hurl insults at Lalu Prasad and himself.

In a scathing remark, Yadav queried whether the Prime Minister would garland the three 'sons-in-law', who have been given positions in various commissions in Bihar. Tejashwi Yadav asserted that NDA now stands for 'National Damad Association'. Leaders of the ruling NDA have also hit back at Tejashwi's remarks.

Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi responded to Tejashwi Yadav's comments on PM Modi, calling them baseless. He expressed that reacting to Yadav's comments is not deemed appropriate. Moreover, he noted that under Narendra Modi's leadership, Bihar is witnessing development.

Meanwhile, MP of Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), Arun Bharti, suggested that the Prime Minister's visit to Bihar and inauguration of several schemes is crucial for the state's growth. He also fired back at Tejashwi Yadav, reminding that during Lalu Prasad and Rabri Devi's regime in Bihar, only 'Shepherd Schools' and 'Jungle Raj' were established.
