-The increasing number of infiltrators in the country is a cause for concern. The demography in Bihar's border districts is rapidly changing. The NDA government has decided that the country's future will not be dictated by infiltrators. We will not allow them to seize the benefits that rightfully belong to Indians. Soon, this mission will commence its operations. We will ensure that every infiltrator is expelled from the country. Be cautious of those within the country who support infiltrators, they want to give your rights to them. People of Bihar need to remain vigilant. We must protect Bihar from the covetous eyes of Congress and RJD. To fulfill the dreams of Bihar's youth, the central government is working shoulder to shoulder with Nitish Kumar for the welfare of Bihar -

-We are moving towards enacting a strict law, and these RJD, Congress, and Left parties are opposing it. They are highly agitated and everyone knows what fear haunts them. Those who have committed sins try to hide them but they are aware of the games they have played from within. Some RJD, Congress individuals are out on bail, some are entangled in the court over the railway scam. Those roaming out on bail oppose this law; they fear that if they go to jail, their dreams will be shattered, therefore morning and evening they abuse Modi in different ways. They are so flustered, they oppose public welfare laws. Rajendra Babu and Baba Saheb never imagined that those hungry for power would indulge in corruption and cling to power even after going to jail. Now, the corrupt will go to jail and their seat will be taken away. The resolve to make the country corruption-free is shared by all citizens -
PM Modi
-The Constitution expects honesty and transparency from every public representative. We cannot watch the sanctity of the Constitution being torn apart. Therefore, the NDA government has brought a law against corruption which includes the Prime Minister too. This law also covers the Chief Minister and Ministers. Once this law is enacted, whether it is the PM, CM, or any minister, they must secure bail within 30 days of arrest or else vacate their office on the 31st day -

-Remember the plight during the Lantern Rule. This region was gripped by Red Terror during that time. Movement after evening was difficult. Cities like Gaya were drowned in darkness during the Lantern Rule. Thousands of villages didn't even have electric poles -
PM Modi
-A resolve taken on this land never goes unfulfilled. When the terrorist attack happened in Kashmir's Pahalgam, our innocent citizens were killed after being asked their religion. I spoke from this very Bihar soil about eradicating the terrorists. Today, the world has seen this resolve being fulfilled. You will recall, Pakistan was launching drone attacks on us, firing missiles, and here India was swatting away those missiles like chaff in the air. Not a single Pakistani missile could harm us. Friends, Operation Sindoor has redefined India's defense policy. Now, sending terrorists to attack India and escaping won't be possible. Even if a terrorist hides in the netherworld, India's missiles will bury them -

-Referring to the PM Awas Yojana, PM Modi said, 'We didn't just provide four walls of a house but also restored dignity to the poor with these homes. These homes come with electricity, water, toilet, and gas connections. This ensures safety, convenience, and a dignified life for poor families. Today, over 16,000 families in Bihar's Magadh region have been given permanent homes. This means the families will have a grander Diwali and Chhath Puja. Congratulations to all beneficiary families. Those who are still left out of the PM Awas Yojana, I assure you that this campaign will continue until every poor has their permanent home. Bihar is the land of Chandragupta and Chanakya. Whenever any enemy has challenged India, Bihar stood as the nation's shield.
-The land of Gaya is one of spirituality and peace, the land where Lord Buddha attained enlightenment. Its cultural heritage is both ancient and rich. I commend the Bihar government for renaming this place to Gaya Ji. I am happy that Bihar's double-engine government is swiftly working on Gaya Ji's development. Today, projects worth 120 billion rupees have been inaugurated in Bihar. This will empower the state's industries and open new employment opportunities for the youth. I congratulate everyone on the new projects. For better healthcare facilities in Bihar, hospitals, and a research center have been inaugurated here today -
