What the Female MP Stated in Her Letter...
Female MP Konyak said in her complaint letter that she was standing just below the Makar Dwar (Parliament entrance) holding a placard. Security had created a path for MPs of other parties. Suddenly, Opposition leader Rahul Gandhi and other party MPs came towards her despite a path being made for them. Rahul Gandhi started yelling, getting so close that she felt completely uncomfortable as a woman. With a heavy heart, she stepped aside from exercising her democratic rights but believed no Parliament member should act this way.
