In Muzaffarpur, Bihar, hooligans brutally beat a young man and circulated the video across social media. The incident took place behind the MSKB College grounds, where three assailants forced the young man to perform squats holding his ears after hitting him with kicks, belts, and sticks. With the victim’s family lodging a complaint, an FIR has been registered by the police.
The incident, according to reports, began when the young man was forced to lick spit before he was badly beaten and made to squat repeatedly. This was captured on video and later uploaded to Facebook. The viral footage brought the matter to the victim's family's attention. The victim's mother has submitted a formal request for legal action at the police station.

The video showed three boys compelling a young man to lick spit and assaulting him, forcing him to perform squats while holding his ears. A considerable crowd gathered during this ordeal. Several boys were seen beating him, while one recorded the video on a mobile. The victim was identified as a resident of the Nagar police station area.
Threatened to Be Killed Within 15 Days
The victim's mother has lodged a detailed written complaint at the Nagar police station. According to the complaint, on December 16th, the victim left home for some domestic tasks and was ambushed by five boys including Saif, Imran, and Mahfooz near Banaras Bank. They took him near MSKB and assaulted him with belts and sticks in the field, threatening to kill him within 15 days.
Police's Statement on the Matter
Sharat Kumar, the officer in charge of the Nagar police station, stated that an FIR has been filed concerning the videos of the assault. Investigations are underway, and the arrest of the accused is expected soon.
