A 24-year-old girl from Thane, Maharashtra, crossed the border like Seema Haider and Anju and reached Pakistan. The girl is accused of using fake documents to obtain a Pakistani visa. After reaching Pakistan, the girl married her social media friend. Upon her return, the use of fake documents came to light, and the police arrested her. The investigation of this whole matter is ongoing.
According to the agency, the accused girl is a resident of Thane in Maharashtra. A police officer revealed that the 24-year-old girl's name is Sanam Khan, also known as Nagma Noor Maqsood. Vartak Nagar police interrogated Sanam Khan for three days, after which she was arrested on Thursday. She was presented in court and sent to police custody for two days.
The police stated that Sanam Khan used a fake identity card under the name Sanam Khan Rukh to obtain a Pakistani visa. She is also accused of creating fake Aadhaar and PAN cards. Sanam Khan has separated from her husband and lives with her mother in Thane.

Earlier, an officer had mentioned that Sanam Khan befriended a person from Pakistan on social media. She wanted to visit him, so she applied for a Pakistani visa. However, due to the lack of marriage documents, the visa was not approved. She then virtually married an Indian to get the necessary documents and went to Pakistan, where she remarried.

The officer added that after discovering this whole matter, the Thane police began an investigation. A case has also been registered against the person who provided the fake documents. Other agencies are also working on investigating the matter.
After Seema Haider from Pakistan and Anju from India, another case has emerged in Thane, near Mumbai. DCP Thane Amarsingh Jadhav stated that a woman from Thane city went to Pakistan and got married. She met a Pakistani youth from Abbottabad on social media and after that, she went to Pakistan and married him. The girl's name is Nagma Maqsood Ali alias Sanam Khan.
