The Mumbai Crime Branch has achieved a significant breakthrough in the shooting incident outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan's residence. The police have apprehended both suspects involved in the shooting from Bhuj, Gujarat. A senior official of the Mumbai Crime Branch has confirmed this action. According to sources, the police tracked down both motorcycle-riding suspects in Bhuj. A team went to Gujarat and detained both individuals, who will be brought to Mumbai by morning for interrogation.
Information suggests the Crime Branch team captured the suspects near the mata temple in Bhuj. The accused have been identified as Vicky Gupta (age 24) and Sagar (age 21), both reportedly hail from Champaran in Bihar. Sagar is the one seen in a shirt, while Vicky Gupta is the suspect in a T-shirt.

It should be noted that at 5 AM on Sunday, two unidentified motorcyclists fired four rounds of bullets outside Salman Khan's Galaxy Apartment in Bandra. Both shooters arrived on a motorbike and sped away after firing the shots. They were wearing helmets. Marks from the bullets were found outside Salman's apartment, and one bullet even pierced the net of his balcony, through which he often greets his fans. Investigative efforts recovered bullet casings from the scene.
Where Did the Suspects Flee After Firing?
According to police, the shooters who fired outside Salman's home reached Mount Mary Church in Branda on their bike after executing the deed. They left the bike and walked a short distance before taking an auto-rickshaw to Bandra railway station. Subsequently, they boarded a train headed towards Borivali but disembarked at Santacruz station and left. CCTV footage from these places captured the suspects.

The shooters were awaiting his movement for the planned assault. They had also surveilled his Bandra residence, Galaxy Apartment, several times. According to sources, they had scouted the location four times. In 2018, associates of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang had also scouted Galaxy Apartment.
Who Took Responsibility for the Attack?
A viral Facebook post claimed that Anmol Bishnoi, brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, orchestrated the firing outside Salman's home. However, this claim has not been verified. Salman has received threats from Lawrence Bishnoi and Goldie Brar before, and they had even conspired to murder the actor once. But due to the vigilance of the police, their attempt was thwarted.
