Addressing the rally in Motihari, Priyanka described her elder brother Rahul Gandhi as a 'true patriot,' asserting that Rahul walked 4,000 kilometers to listen to common people's voices and understand their issues.

Priyanka Gandhi launched a fierce attack on the NDA government. She stated, 'BJP's sole aim has been to win elections and stay in power, using caste and religion as issues during elections and spreading fears of infiltration. When old tactics failed, they resorted to vote theft.'

Praise for Rahul Gandhi's True Patriotism

Priyanka Gandhi mentioned, 'I am not saying this because he is my brother. But Rahul Gandhi is a true patriot. Only a true patriot can cover a distance of 4,000 kilometers on foot to listen to and understand the problems of the people.'

Priyanka began her address in Bhojpuri, saying, 'Ka haal ba?' meaning she asked the public how they were doing.

Priyanka Assures the Grand Alliance's Promises to Bihar's People

In the assembly, Priyanka Gandhi outlined the benefits people would receive if the Grand Alliance forms the government. She mentioned assistance of up to 2 lakh for impoverished families starting enterprises, pensions for widows, disabled, and elderly with a monthly increment of 200 rupees, housing land for landless families, 10 crore 'Bihar Make Stipend Fund' for job creation in every constituency, guaranteed MSP, implementation of APMC market systems, daily 300 rupees wage under MGNREGA with double the workdays, 200 units of free electricity, 2500 rupees/month to women's accounts under the Mai-Bahin Mann scheme, up to 25 lakh free medical treatment which includes medicines, tests and surgeries, liberation from paper leaks, timely recruitment with a job calendar, raising the reservation cap beyond 50% based on population ratio, making the Extremely Backward Classes Atrocities Prevention Act, and implementing reservations in private educational institutions.
