On January 9, five members of a single family were brutally murdered in the Lisadi Gate area of Meerut. A shocking revelation has emerged in this case. The prime suspect, Naim, was killed in an encounter with the police, while another accused, Salman, was injured and subsequently arrested. The police claim this gruesome murder was executed over a property and money dispute. Naim's actions were truly chilling.
On that day, the bodies of five family members, including Moin, his wife Asma, and their three young daughters aged 9, 4, and 1, were discovered in their Suhail Garden Colony home. The young girls' bodies were found inside a bed box, all brutally murdered. Four of them were succumbed to head injuries, while one child was strangled to death. A case was registered against three suspects, and during interrogation, an accused named Salman was also revealed.
According to the police, Naim had lent 5 to 6 lakhs rupees. When he asked for the money back, it was not returned. Meanwhile, the deceased had been constructing his house and had bought a plot. Enraged, the accused conspired with his brother to eliminate his stepbrother Moin's family and seize the property.

In an encounter with the police, the prime suspect Naim was shot dead, while his adopted son and another suspect, who was injured, was arrested. Naim's brother, another co-accused, was also apprehended, though some police personnel were injured during the confrontation.
A CCTV video related to the case emerged, showing the suspects on the day of the murder. This increased police suspicion. When summoned for questioning, the accused switched off their phones and fled, deepening suspicions. The police deployed ten teams to apprehend them.

Business slowed down for Naim post COVID, leading to losses, and he started seeking his money. Learning that Moin relocated from Roorkee to Meerut, building a house and buying land irked him. Furious at Moin investing in property instead of repaying the loan, Naim plotted with Salman, visiting 15-20 days prior.
They assassinated Moin, ensuring no family member survived to claim the property. They befriended Moin, frequently visiting his home. On January 8 night, they dined and slept over at Moin's residence. Naim struck Moin with a rod, while Salman attacked his wife. The couple was brutally assaulted, skulls shattered. The children were also mercilessly killed similarly, one strangled. The four bodies were hidden under the bed, one rolled in a sheet. They waited until dawn, leaving the room at 5 AM before fleeing. The fugitives traveled across Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, later returning on Naim's insistence, driven by property documents and money issues.
Naim was a cunning criminal, previously wanted for murders in Delhi and Maharashtra, frequently changing identities to evade capture. His brother Tasleem's involvement is also under investigation.

With several marriages under different women, the CCTV footage confirmed their link to the crime. Dashing from Delhi to Ajmer to Maharashtra, Naim boasted of eight confirmed murders.
