The enigma of the murder of five family members in Meerut deepens as the house was locked from the outside, and inside lay the bodies of the couple and their three daughters. The conditions suggested that the culprits intended to dispose of the bodies elsewhere. The relatives disclosed that this was Moin’s third marriage, while it was Asma’s second.

This shocking incident took place in Sohail Garden in the Lisari Gate police area. Inside, the house was found in disarray. The couple was found with their hands and feet tied, while the daughters' bodies were hidden in a bed box, spreading panic throughout the neighborhood. Once the news broke, crowds gathered outside the home.

The victims were identified as Moin, Asma, Afsha (8), Aziza (4), and Adiba (1). Moin was a craftsman by trade. Police discovered the three children's bodies hidden inside a bed box, the youngest found in a sack within the box. The family was reportedly missing since Wednesday evening; no one had seen them, and their bodies were discovered on Thursday at their home. The police and forensic team have collected evidence from the scene.

Moin's Third Marriage, Asma's Second

Relatives explained that they were searching for the family, unable to reach them and finding the house locked. Originally from Shahjahanpur, Meerut, Moin’s family had been living in Roorkee but recently moved to Meerut about one and a half months ago. Relatives shared that this was Moin’s third marriage. His first wife, now deceased, bore a daughter who now lives with Moin's sister. Subsequently, he remarried and divorced before wedding Asma about ten years ago. Asma was also previously married and divorced. They had three daughters together. Police suspect personal enmity, believing someone close might be involved.

Moin Was Building a Home in the Area

Moin and his family had moved to the area about a month and a half ago, renting a house that lacked proper plastering on the walls. He had also bought a plot nearby, planning to build a home. Last Tuesday, the roof was poured, and Asma celebrated by distributing sweets. The community and family are mystified by who could have tragically ended their joyful family.
