Sanjay Singh, AAP's Rajya Sabha MP, was also seen with Sisodia at the time of release. Addressing the party workers, Sisodia expressed that it was only because of the Constitution framed by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar that he was able to come out of jail and hoped that Kejriwal would also be released soon.

Former Delhi CM Manish Sisodia, who was incarcerated in Tihar, was granted relief on Friday as the Supreme Court granted him bail. Sisodia had been in Tihar Jail for 17 months. 17 Months in Jail: AAP

With Sisodia's bail, AAP's national organization general secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak said that for the last two years, BJP has been playing a game of snakes and ladders with AAP and weaving conspiracies. Their planning was to imprison Arvind Kejriwal and the entire party by any means and break the party. Their aim was to keep the party's top leaders in jail and keep them away from the elections. Manish Sisodia was imprisoned by the Modi government through tyranny for 17 months, and the work done by him for the people of Delhi was obstructed by the BJP.

Tyranny Has a Time Limit: AAP

Sandeep Pathak said that history is proof that tyranny has a time limit. They have a lifespan, after which their expiry date arrives. The Supreme Court's decision today is the beginning of the expiry date of Modi government's tyranny. The Supreme Court clearly stated that you cannot play a game of snakes and ladders with the public. The trial of the case has not even started yet. The Supreme Court harshly criticized the central agencies, stating that this is wrong. By highlighting Article 21, the Supreme Court granted bail to Manish Sisodia.

He further mentioned that Manish Sisodia will be able to work freely after being released from jail. The Supreme Court has not imposed any restrictions on his work. After Manish Sisodia, Arvind Kejriwal will soon be out of jail. The enthusiasm and energy with which Aam Aadmi Party was working for the country will soon resume.

Sisodia to Visit Rajghat on Saturday Morning

AAP leader mentioned that Manish Sisodia will visit Rajghat around 9 AM tomorrow. After Rajghat, he will visit the temple around 10:00 AM, and then at 11:00 AM, he will reach the party headquarters and address the workers. He stated that Manish Sisodia is one of our senior leaders, and he will lead after coming out. BJP has left no stone unturned to trouble the people of Delhi. First, they disrupted the water supply during summer, and now they are playing politics with the people during the rains. With Manish Sisodia coming out, governance will gain new strength, and we all will attain new energy.

Bail Conditions

Granting bail to Manish Sisodia, the Supreme Court said that he is a respectable person in society and there is no fear of him escaping. Moreover, most of the evidence has been collected in this case, so there is no possibility of tampering with it. However, conditions can be imposed on him to prevent influencing or intimidating the witnesses. The Supreme Court granted him bail on a surety of 10 lakhs. Additionally, two significant conditions were imposed. The first condition is that he has to submit his passport. The second condition is that he has to mark his attendance at the police station every Monday and Thursday.
