Superintendent of Police Abhishek Anand informed reporters that the clash between two groups of the Muslim community involved gunfire. Seven individuals were injured, and one succumbed during treatment. The rest of the injured have been admitted to the hospital; some sustained bullet injuries, while another was injured by a sword.
Superintendent Anand stated that both groups reside in the same neighborhood, and the preliminary view suggests the clash stemmed from a land dispute. He assured that the area is now peaceful with police presence ensuring law and order.
