Three of the grand bathing events of the Prayagraj Kumbh Mela have successfully concluded. Now, two more sacred baths remain, and the mela administration is fully immersed in preparations for them. Extensive arrangements have been made for the influx of visitors coming to the Kumbh city of Prayagraj. Following the turmoil that ensued on previous auspicious days, there was a brief lull in the arrival of devotees. Now, the flow of pilgrims is once again gaining momentum, as crowds once again fill the sacred grounds. Thus, the authorities are on alert for the upcoming bathing festivals, ensuring improvements in logistics and management.
On the sands of the Sangam, excitement for Mahakumbh 2025 is palpable among devotees. Pilgrims from every corner of the country are arriving at the Kumbh Mela grounds. Buses have been arranged for different routes. Vehicles are being parked at designated spots. A parking site at Nehru Park is designated for those arriving from Delhi, Agra, Meerut, Kanpur, Fatehpur, and Kaushambi routes.

Similarly, those traveling from Lucknow, Sultanpur, Pratapgarh, Jaunpur, and Ayodhya have parking available at Bela Kachar. For the ones coming from Mirzapur, Bihar, and West Bengal, parking facilities are provided at Naini. Meanwhile, visitors from Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai are directed to the parking towards Ghoorpur. Shuttle bus services are operational for individuals coming from all these routes to reach the Kumbh. Additionally, options such as bikes, e-rickshaws, and trolleys are available to reach the Kumbh grounds, with their rates being moderately fixed.
Numerous tent cities have been established for the accommodation of visitors. Advance bookings are currently ongoing. All tent cities are fully booked for Maghi Purnima and Shivratri as well. Most of the hotels in Prayagraj are already booked. Advanced booking is in progress. Special arrangements are made for the accommodation of pilgrims visiting the city. A food court is established on the way to the Sangam to ensure devotees do not face any difficulties regarding food and refreshments. Here, approximately 10,000 people can dine simultaneously, enjoying a variety of cuisines.
