The vegetable vendor, Ram Dulari, got involved in a heated dispute with residents Ashish and his sister Aanchal over price negotiation. The argument escalated into a physical altercation between Ram Dulari and Aanchal. Ashish, alongside his father Barati Lal, also joined in the assault. When the police patrol vehicle PRV 0522 and a female constable arrived, they attempted to control the situation, but the assailants even confronted the law enforcement team.
