She believes the Saran locals are entirely ready for change and assured that women, sisters, and elders are all on her side, praising the worship at Harihar Nath temple.
Saran Seat, Previously Contested by Lalu Yadav
It's worth noting that the BJP has re-nominated their current MP and veteran leader, Rajiv Pratap Rudy, for the Saran seat. The seat, influenced by the Lalu family, saw Lalu Yadav win in 1977. He defeated Rudy and won the seat again in 2004 and 2009. Ever since Rajiv Pratap Rudy has maintained his stronghold in the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
