Ketaki Singh, a BJP MLA from Bansdih, Ballia, has targeted SP leader Akhilesh Yadav. She ridiculed Yadav, questioning from 'tap' issues to 'dance' in Saifai, calling the opposition weak and suggesting they need almonds for energy as they attack in their sleep. This statement sparked political activity from Ballia to Lucknow, leading to SP workers protesting vigorously outside Ketaki Singh’s Lucknow residence. In response, Ketaki’s daughter Vibhavari Singh delivered a sharp retort.
The MLA's Daughter Strikes Back
Amidst the demonstration, commotion ensued at the MLA’s residence, prompting her minor daughter Vibhavari to step forward. She exclaimed that a large crowd assembled in front of their home, chanting slogans because her mother made a statement the previous day. She vented, saying these people think they can scare a 16-year-old girl into politics. If this is what they are taught in government, it's utterly wrong.
Vibhavari Singh emphasized that people should refrain from speaking against her and should confront her mother in Ballia, where she is their MLA. She questioned why they threatened a solitary 16-year-old girl at her home, adding that she remains undaunted by their antics, just like her mother.
Not stopping there, she warned that their intimidations won't faze her and cautioned the protestors that any further threats would be met with her mother's fierce protection.
Ketaki Singh’s Stand
Meanwhile, BJP MLA Ketaki Singh, responding to the SP’s protest at her Lucknow home, retaliated by stating, 'SP thugs can't scare me.' She questioned why the protest happened in Lucknow while she was in Ballia. The BJP MLA revealed that her daughter didn’t attend school and shared her fears amidst tears.
Branding SP workers as 'cowards and weaklings,' Ketaki Singh challenged them to confront her rather than her daughter, declaring her arrival in Lucknow to respond to the protestors.

These people believe intimidating a 16-year-old will boost their politics, but I want to assure them they can't scare me. If they dare to threaten me, my mother will fiercely defend and counter them.'
