A tumultuous scene unfolded at the residence of Senior Samajwadi Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP, Ramjilal Suman, in Agra, as Karni Sena activists staged a protest. The situation escalated into chaos with instances of vandalism, prompting the police to register two FIRs. One of these was filed by the MP's son, Ranjit Suman, while the other was filed by the police in response to the unrest and damage to public property.
Karni Sena activists expressed outrage over MP Ramjilal Suman's remarks, where he referred to Rana Sangram Singh (Rana Sanga) of Mewar as a 'traitor' in parliament. This comment led to significant fury within the Karni Sena, culminating in a demonstration outside Suman's residence. The protest spiraled out of control, and activists began wreaking havoc at the MP's home. Attempts by the police to intervene resulted in a violent clash, leaving several police officers and protesters injured.

Agra's Additional Police Commissioner, Sanjeev Tyagi, confirmed that the attackers belonged to the Karni Sena. He stated that the police anticipated the protest and had deployed security personnel at strategic locations. Despite these measures, some protesters managed to reach the MP’s residence and caused disruption.
The police arrested approximately 29 protestors at the scene, transferring them to Agra's Hariparwat police station. Of these, 12 were moved to Etmaduddaula station and 17 to the Transport Nagar police outpost. However, all arrested individuals were granted bail late at night and released. Following their release, Karni Sena activists protested outside the station and shared videos and images on social media.
After receiving bail, some videos went viral on social media, depicting individuals making derogatory comments about MP Ramjilal Suman and threatening to protest again. The police reported that an in-depth investigation is underway, and stringent action will be taken against those inciting violence. Additionally, security has been intensified at the MP's residence to prevent any further disturbances.
