Ongoing Court Battle
This week, a hearing took place in Delhi High Court regarding the 30,000 crore rupees inheritance left by Sanjay Kapoor. Lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani, representing Samaira and Kiaan, argued that their stepmother, Priya Kapoor, allegedly manipulated Sanjay's will and misappropriated the estate. Senior counsel Mahesh Jethmalani highlighted to the court that Priya, along with two witnesses, unduly drafted the will without Sanjay's involvement. He urged the court to prevent Priya from transferring any part of the property until the case reaches a resolution.
