If your payment gets stuck during a booking on IRCTC, don’t worry. Usually, if a transaction fails, a refund is automatically processed within 3 to 5 working days. However, in some cases, it may take up to 21 days.
If the refund is delayed, you can contact IRCTC's customer care at the official email care@irctc.co.in or via their customer care number. Take a screenshot of the failed transaction and attach it to the email you send to IRCTC customer service.
