A shocking negligence by the police has emerged in the case where a young boy lost his life in an accident in Gurugram. After the accused was granted bail, the police stated that the driver, who was driving the SUV from the wrong side, has not yet presented his driving license. Therefore, the police now believe that the accused, Kuldeep Thakur, does not possess a driving license.

ACP Vikas Kaushik mentioned, 'The accused has not yet presented his driving license. So, we are assuming he doesn’t have one. Police officers have been instructed to add relevant sections. Further action will be taken after adding these new sections. If necessary, the accused can be arrested again. If stricter sections are needed, they will also be added.'
