In the village of Padaliya, Gujarat, an alarming incident unfolded as a crowd of approximately 500 people ambushed the police and officials of the Forestry and Revenue departments on Saturday afternoon. The attack resulted in injuries to a total of 47 officers.
According to the authorities, 36 of the injured were admitted to Ambaji Civil Hospital for medical care, while 11 were referred to Palanpur Civil Hospital for further treatment. While all victims are stable, the motive behind the assault remains unclear.
