This female teacher was dismissed from her job after disturbing messages were found on her phone. Her way of communicating with students over the phone was shocking and caused concern, especially among the parents.
38-year-old Candice Barber was convicted of engaging in sexual relations with a 15-year-old boy and was sentenced to six years and two months in prison in 2021. Now, her messages have been revealed by the teaching watchdog panel.
According to Daily Star, she lured the children with threats or cunning, promising to help them improve and then exploiting them. Candice, a mother of three, maintains her innocence despite the conviction.

In a note sent to the panel, she wrote, 'Despite being found guilty, I have always maintained my innocence.' During the hearing, the judge described the note as devoid of remorse. This female teacher used to work at Princess Risborough School in Britain, and she targeted a boy on sports day, thereafter starting to send him obscene messages and photos.
The boy revealed that the abuse occurred on October 11, 2018. Following that incident, Barber started threatening to fail him in class. She was sentenced in two separate cases for sending obscene images and videos to a first child in 2020.
In March 2021, she was found guilty of engaging in sexual activity with a child under 16. It was noted in court that she threatened the child to keep him quiet. Distressed by all this, the child began showing a change in behavior, became reclusive, and would lock himself in his room alone.
