During the event, he issued a stern warning against the wrongdoers, affirming the government's commitment to conducting error-free exams. A high-level committee is being set up to investigate and will make recommendations for the National Testing Agency (NTA). 'Students' interests are our top priority, and there will be no compromise on this front. The government will spare no guilty parties,' he declared.

What did the Education Minister say about UGC-NET?

Regarding the UGC-NET examination, Minister Dharmendra Pradhan reported that at 3 PM, I4C disclosed a leak of exam papers on the dark web. Upon verification, it was confirmed that the question papers matched those leaked. He noted that the leaked question papers were found on Telegram and announced that while legislation will be enacted, this issue should not be politicized. The I4C (Indian Cyber ​​Crime Coordination Centre) provided detailed information about the leak traced to the dark net.

UGC-NET Exam Scheduled for June 19 was cancelled

It is worth mentioning that the National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the cancellation of the UGC-NET exam the day after it was originally scheduled, on June 19. The Ministry of Education expressed concerns that the exam's integrity had been compromised.
