A shocking murder case has emerged from Dhanbad, Jharkhand, where an obsessed individual ruthlessly beheaded a woman and circulated the gruesome video on social media. The accused reportedly harbored a one-sided affection for the woman. Upon receiving the incident's notification, police arrived at the scene, secured the decapitated body, and sent it for autopsy while initiating an investigation.
The police have apprehended the suspect and the mobile phone used to disseminate the photograph of the beheaded corpse has been confiscated. Providing further details, DSP Deepak Kumar stated that on the 31st of August, a woman's severed head was recovered by police from near Pomp Pool in Das Tola, Bhuli OP area.
Woman Murdered Due to Unrequited Affection
According to the police, the suspect had been spreading photos of the woman's turmeric-smeared severed head via WhatsApp. Following a technical investigation, the accused was arrested near City School on the Bhuli Bypass Road on Sunday.
The suspect has been identified as 41-year-old Irfan Ansari, also known as Kalu, a resident of New Islamapur, Pandarpala, Bhuli OP area. On his indication, the unknown woman's torso was retrieved from a tank on the opposite side of Pomp Pool.
Police Apprehend Suspect and Launch Investigation
The accused confessed to the police that he was in one-sided love with the woman and had a dispute with her brother. As retaliation and to entangle her brother in a murder case, he lured an unknown woman for a conversation near Dhanbad station before killing her. The police have declared a stern action against the accused.
