PM Narendra Modi Swearing-In Ceremony

: President Draupadi Murmu will administer the oath of office and secrecy to newly elected Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his council of ministers at the Presidential Residence on June 9th. Amidst tight security, preparations for the ceremony are underway at full swing in the national capital. The swearing-in event at the Presidential Residence is scheduled to begin at 7:15 PM. According to sources, BJP President JP Nadda will host a dinner for all NDA leaders and party officials following the event.

This high-profile ceremony is secured with extensive security measures. A strong security presence is established around the Presidential Residence and the Duty Path. Foreign heads of state and dignitaries staying at the Taj, Maurya, Leela, and Oberoi hotels are under comprehensive security arrangements. The national capital has been transformed into an impenetrable fortress for the swearing-in ceremony. The New Delhi area, also referred to as Lutyens' Delhi, will be a no-fly zone over the next two days.

Three thousand Delhi police officers and 15 companies of paramilitary forces have been deployed. Additional security includes NSG, SPG, and intelligence officers. All entry routes into New Delhi will be under tight security. The streets of Delhi will also see a combined presence of paramilitary forces and Delhi police officers. To monitor the areas surrounding the swearing-in ceremony, 112 CCTV cameras have been installed.

Near Vijay Chowk, Delhi Police established a sophisticated CCTV control and command room. These CCTV cameras will oversee India Gate, the Parliament building, routes leading to the Presidential Residence, Vijay Chowk, and other crucial locations in New Delhi. Using these 112 CCTV cameras, Delhi Police will maintain a vigilant watch on all activities, ready to report anything suspicious to senior authorities immediately.
