Delhi Police sources have claimed a shocking allegation has been made by Swati Maliwal, a Rajya Sabha MP from the Aam Aadmi Party. The police were notified of an assault charge via a PCR call from inside the CM's house. The caller identified themselves as Swati Maliwal.
Police sources say that from the confines of the Delhi CM's residence, two PCR calls were made early Monday morning at 9 AM. The caller claimed to be Swati Maliwal and accused being assaulted within the CM house, implicating Chief Minister Kejriwal's personal assistant Vibhav Kumar.
The PCR call was made to report that Vibhav had me assaulted. The local police have reached the spot, but cannot enter the CM House. After receiving the information, the police arrived on the scene, but Maliwal was not found. As per protocol, the Delhi Police cannot enter the CM House. The authenticity of the PCR call is under investigation.
Delhi Police stated that Swati Maliwal visited the Civil Lines police station and has reported the incident; it is currently under verification. However, police say that Maliwal has not yet filed a written complaint regarding the matter.
What did the Delhi Police diary entry reveal!
According to the Daily Diary (DD) entry, the first call mentioned that the caller was at the CM's house. They claimed to have been badly beaten up with the assistance of his PA Vibhav Kumar.

The second PCR call corrected the information. The female caller stated she was at the CM's house and had been badly assaulted by his personal aide Vibhav Kumar.
The DCP of North stated that a PCR call was placed to the Civil Lines police station at 9:34 AM on Monday claiming Maliwal was assaulted at the CM House. Shortly after, the parliamentarian madam arrived at the Civil Lines police station. She later left, stating that she would file a written complaint later.
Following these claims by the Delhi Police, the BJP has also offered a response.
Amit Malviya, head of BJP's IT cell, commented on Maliwal's accusations, stating that Swati Maliwal, an AAP Rajya Sabha MP and former chairperson of the Delhi Women's Commission, has accused the Chief Minister's PA of assault on her. The call was made from the CM's house in Delhi. Remember, Maliwal had remained silent over Kejriwal's arrest and was not even in India at the time; she has been absent from the country for an extended period.
