The deceased has been identified as Pankaj, a resident of Mangolpuri. The criminals responsible for this act have been involved in multiple other criminal activities. According to local residents, the accused are said to be neighbors. Police have recovered empty cartridges from the scene and initiated an investigation with the help of CCTV footage. Some suspects have been taken into custody for questioning.
