The Curious Disappearance of Kota's Students
: Kota, often referred to as the city of education, frequently makes headlines for student suicides and disappearances. Some cases have been solved by the police, while others remain chilling mysteries. The whereabouts of three students who vanished over the last 10 years are still unknown. Hope has faded for many, but the parents continue to await their return anxiously. The police have now announced a reward of ₹20,000 each for information leading to these students.
For the past decade, the Kota police have been unsuccessful in locating three coaching students reported missing from the police station area. On Monday, Kota City SP Dr. Amrita Duhan announced a reward of ₹20,000 each for information on the students. City SP has stated that they are monitoring student issues and safety in the city regularly.

Missing Student Case Filed
Since April 24, 2014, coaching student Prateek Bhaskar from Mahaveer Nagar station area, Krishna Chamunda since June 1, 2017, and Umesh Chandra Rajwal from Jawahar Nagar since July 21, 2016, have been missing, with cases filed under Section 363 IPC. Despite continuous searches by the police, no clues have been found. These students were attending various private coaching centers in Kota for competitive exam preparations and left without notice. Teams led by Circle Officers of First and Fourth Circles have been appointed to investigate.
₹20,000 Reward for Locating Missing Students
Despite exhaustive efforts, the police have been unable to trace the three missing coaching students. A reward of ₹20,000 will be offered to anyone providing information about these students. City SP shared details about one of the missing students, Umesh Rajwal, who was preparing for IIT at a coaching center in Kota. Similar information is available for the other two students, whose whereabouts remain a mystery.
