If you're looking to buy a home in Delhi, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its new housing schemes. Currently, DDA has announced details for the 'Middle-Class Housing Scheme 2024' and the 'DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024'. Further details about the 'Affordable Home' scheme, where homes will be available for Rs 11.50 lakhs, are yet to be revealed.
Under these two schemes, flats will be available for buyers ranging in price from Rs 29 lakhs to Rs 5.19 crores. Registrations for these flats will begin on 22nd August, with bookings starting from 10th September. The scheme will remain open until 31st March 2025.
According to DDA, a registration fee of Rs 2,500 will be required for flat applications under these schemes. The booking amount for EWS category flats will be Rs 50,000, for MIG it will be Rs 4,00,000, and for HIG it will be Rs 10,00,000.
