Following a bold claim by the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) of killing 90 Pakistani military personnel in a convoy attack, their special unit, the Majeed Brigade, released videos of the ordeal. The footage showcased by both the BLA and the Pakistani army illustrates the chaos, unveiling the total destruction of vehicles approximately 150 kilometers from Quetta, in the Noshki region of southwestern Pakistan's Balochistan province.

Earlier, the BLA affirmed through an official statement that Majeed Brigade, in collaboration with another unit, Fateh Squad, successfully targeted a military convoy, involving eight buses, one of which was completely destroyed in an explosion.

Conversely, the Pakistani military reported that only seven soldiers lost their lives, with 21 others wounded, when their convoy, en route from Quetta to Taftan, was attacked. An IED-laden vehicle struck one of the buses, inducing a devastating explosion, an act described as a suicide bombing by Pakistan's military. Meanwhile, another bus was targeted with a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG).

A Pakistani official, in his statement, articulated, "Our security forces' convoy traveling from Quetta to Taftan was attacked. Targets included seven buses and two vehicles. One bus was struck by a vehicle laden with an IED, likely a suicide assault, whereas another was targeted using an RPG."

Additional claims from the BLA's official statement revealed that after the blast, Fateh Squad surrounded the convoy and systematically eliminated all military personnel onboard. Expressing grief over the loss of Pakistani soldiers' lives, Balochistan's Chief Minister, Sarfaraz Bugti, condemned the attacks, noting that the convoy consisted of seven buses and two cars.
