After a dramatic shootout in Ontario, Canada, Khalistani terrorist Arshdeep Singh, also known as Arsh Dalla, has been apprehended. Following the assassination of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Nijjar, Arsh Dalla emerged as the leader of the terrorist group known as the Tiger Force. Partnering with Nijjar, he orchestrated multiple targeted killings in Punjab utilizing his sleeper cell network. His arrest raises many questions.
There is speculation that Arsh Dalla's capture is an effort to protect him from the rising influence and fear of the notorious gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. Once thick friends, Arsh and Lawrence are now bitter enemies, with their gangs thirsting for each other's blood. In Canada, the powerful presence of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang posed a greater threat to Arsh Dalla's life.
Questions arise: was Arsh Dalla's arrest a protective measure from the Bishnoi gang, or was it a necessity given the changing political landscape? Before unraveling these questions, let's delve into how Arsh Dalla connected with the Bishnoi gang, their initial camaraderie, and eventual enmity. Arshdeep Singh hails from Dalla village in Moga, Punjab. Initially involved in theft and robbery, he transitioned to extortion. Inflicting harm to intimidate his targets became trivial for him. Post-2018, Arsh quickly ascended the crime ladder, catching the attention of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
The operational style of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang closely mirrored that of Arsh Dalla. Lawrence's close associate Goldy Brar reached out to him, luring Arsh with monetary temptations to work for them. Under their command, Arsh engaged in various criminal activities in Punjab, spreading terror through extortion and murder.
Meanwhile, in Canada, Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar sought an ally like Arsh. Following an initial contact, Arsh began collaborating with Nijjar. With the growing list of crimes and increased police pressure, he fled to Canada in 2020, realizing the law was closing in.
Possessing a passport from September 1, 2017, issued by the Regional Passport Office in Jalandhar, valid until August 31, 2027, he resides in Surrey, British Columbia, the same place where Nijjar once lived. Post escape to Canada, Arsh initially worked for Khalistani terrorists and later contacted Pakistan's ISI. During this period, he even interacted with Lashkar-e-Taiba leaders.
Through these escalating criminal endeavors, Arsh transitioned into a terrorist, engaging in illicit trafficking of weapons and drugs from Pakistan to India. He facilitated weapon smuggling into Punjab using drones from Pakistan. In collaboration with Lashkar-e-Taiba, he orchestrated the murder of a Hindu boy in Delhi's Jahangirpuri, with his sleeper cell network sending a grisly video.
In Canada, Arsh resides with several gangster fugitives from Punjab. Assisted by Pakistan's ISI, he positioned himself as the leader of the Khalistan Tiger Force after Nijjar. He later allied with the Bambiha gang, an adversary of Lawrence Bishnoi. Together, they targeted the Lawrence gang in India. His trusted aide, gangster Sukhduol Singh aka Sukha Dunuke, played a pivotal role. This led to Sukha's assassination by Lawrence Bishnoi in Winnipeg, Canada, in 2023.

Following Sukha's death, Lawrence Bishnoi's Facebook post claimed responsibility.
The group openly declared...
''Sukha Dunuke, in charge of the Bambiha group, has been eliminated in Winnipeg, Canada. Lawrence Bishnoi group took responsibility for this murder. He shattered many lives, sitting abroad and orchestrating murders, but justice has been served for his sins. A warning to remaining allies: Run as you may, justice will reach you. It might take time, but no one escapes.''
Since Sukha Dunuke's murder, the animosity between Lawrence Bishnoi and Arsh Dalla has intensified. Despite this, Dalla has expanded his network across continents: Canada, USA, Dubai, Pakistan, India, Europe, the Philippines, Thailand, and the Middle East. According to NIA's chargesheet, he colludes with Canada-based gangster Gaurav Patyal, also known as Saurav Thakur, running a terror-gangster syndicate. Currently, Arsh is in the custody of Canadian police, viewed as a repercussion of political shifts in the USA with Donald Trump's leadership.
