Residing in Canada for over four years with his wife, Dalla was spearheading anti-India terrorism and criminal undertakings. He is prominently listed on the most wanted lists by NIA, Delhi Police, and Punjab Police, with over 700 sharpshooters active across India.

Originating from the village of Dalla in Punjab's Moga, Arshdeep Singh, commonly known as Arsh Dalla, plunged into the world of crime even before reaching adulthood. Initially involved in petty crimes, Dalla quickly transitioned to extortion and issuing threats of fatal attacks. Post-2018, his criminal activities surged, with involvement in kidnapping and murder. During this era, he established connections with the Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, through whose directives he perpetrated crimes in Punjab. It was during these notorious exploits that Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar took notice of him.

Became Part of Nijjar's KTF Module

That very year, on Nijjar’s command, the owner of Moga’s Sunshine Cloth Store, Tejinder also known as Pinky, was assassinated. An attempt was made to kidnap and murder Dera Beadbi accused, Shakti Singh. However, the shooter, Bhola Singh, was caught by the police before executing the plan. Although unsuccessful, these actions placed him high up on the police radar.

Fled to Canada Amid Tightened Police Grip

Feeling the increasing heat of police actions, Arsh Dalla fled to Canada in 2020.
