A shocking incident has emerged from a village in the Mandsaur district of Madhya Pradesh, where a man committed a heinous act of cruelty against an animal. The police swiftly arrested the accused and paraded him through the area.
This incident occurred in Rinda village, about 30 kilometers from Mandsaur's district headquarters. On the night of April 2, a man named Dwarkapuri Goswami committed an unnatural act with an animal in his uncle's barn. During the event, someone recorded a video of the act, which later became viral. As the situation intensified on April 8, the complainant, accompanied by villagers, filed a report at the Afzalpur police station.
Samarth Sinam, the in-charge of the Afzalpur police station, organized a police team after discussions with the villagers and arrested the accused, Dwarkapuri Goswami, son of Bhanwarpuri Goswami, a resident of Rinda. After his arrest, with a strong police presence, the accused was paraded through the locality. During this time, an angry crowd of villagers chanted slogans like "Long live the police administration."
SDOP Kirti Baghel stated, "Based on the complainant's report, a case has been filed against the accused under sections of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. The accused is now in police custody, and further investigation is underway."
Samarth Sinam, the police station in-charge, added that due to the severity of the incident, prompt action was taken. Villagers expressed deep anger towards the accused, and the police have started investigating the matter.
