Advisory Issued for Lebanon on June 29
It is noteworthy that previously, on July 29, the Indian Embassy in Lebanon issued an advisory for Indian citizens in the country as border violence flared between Israeli soldiers and Hezbollah. According to a Reuters report, the conflict escalated on July 27 when the Lebanese terrorist group launched a rocket attack on an Israeli football field, killing at least 12 children and teenagers.
The Escalating Conflict Between Israel and Hezbollah
It is important to note the ongoing high tensions in the Middle East involving various groups, including Israel and Hamas. Since October 8 last year, there has been border violence between Israeli soldiers and Hezbollah. The recent rocket attack on Israel's northern border was the deadliest strike on Israeli targets since the fighting began, raising concerns about a broader regional war.
