With three days remaining until the end of the winter session in Parliament, wrapping up on December 20, an amusing video emerged from within the Parliament House. It features a light-hearted exchange between Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Kalyan Banerjee and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari.
Near the grand entrance, as Minister Nitin Gadkari was passing through, Kalyan Banerjee approached him with a question about infiltrators.
Kalyan Banerjee jokingly remarked that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had mentioned one crore infiltrators. Yet, had they really found even one in Bengal?
To this, Nitin Gadkari laughingly replied, "We entrust you with the responsibility for the infiltrators." Following this, Banerjee whispered something in Gadkari's ear, evoking hearty laughter from both.
