The chilling incident from Bhilwara, Rajasthan, has sent shockwaves across the nation. The police have arrested Deepak Nair for the brutal murder of three individuals. In a single day, Deepak ruthlessly ended the lives of two friends and a temple watchman. This psycho killer, Deepak Nair, is a professional engineer. Interrogations by the police have led to significant revelations.
Police investigations unveiled that Deepak, swayed by superstitions, killed his friends and the watchman. Deepak suspected that Sandeep and Monu had cast a black magic spell on him and accused the priest of Ayyappa Temple of sorcery.
According to reports, after brutally murdering the temple's watchman, Lalsingh Ravana Rajput, at Ayappa Temple, and dismembering his private parts, Deepak Nair was arrested. When the police took him home, they discovered the bodies of his two friends. The police are questioning Deepak at his residence in New Bapunagar behind Pratap Nagar police station. Thus far, investigations and questioning reveal that Deepak hails from Kerala and was born in Bhilwara. Both his parents have passed away.
Accused Deepak is an IIT Graduate
The accused, Deepak, graduated from IIT and currently works as an engineer at a renowned mobile company in India. The company has placed him in charge of the Nimbahera area of Chittorgarh district, earning a monthly salary of around 70,000 to 80,000 rupees. After his parents' death, Deepak lived alone in his New Bapunagar residence. When questioned about the watchman's murder, he told the police that he doesn't remember how he reached the Ayappa Temple.
When asked about his motive for killing his friends, Deepak said that they had supposedly hexed his house with black magic. He confessed to drinking with the two friends before committing the crime. However, the police believe the accused might be attempting to mislead them with such claims.
The police found broken wooden sticks near the two bodies at Deepak's home, leading to suspicions that he struck their heads with sticks, causing them to bleed heavily and die on the spot. During this time, the accused also dismembered their private parts using a sharp weapon.
According to police sources, burnt clothes were discovered around the bodies, with some burn marks on the bodies as well. It is suspected that Deepak Nair attempted to burn the bodies in his home post-murder, but they remained unburned.
City DSP Manish Badgurjar stated that the psycho killer, Deepak Nair, is originally from Kerala. He has six to seven cases previously filed against him in police stations. However, several questions remain for the police to answer. Police officers wonder if Deepak has taken more lives, prompting the formation of a team to verify his connections and gather information from those who knew him.
