The situation outside Adiala Jail in Pakistan is heating up as protests and chants for imprisoned former Prime Minister Imran Khan grow louder. The escalating tensions suggest that this movement might intensify in the upcoming days. Meanwhile, Imran Khan's son is preparing to visit Pakistan in January, and his former wife Jemima Khan has unequivocally shown her support for him.

Imran Khan’s sisters and their supporters remain steadfast outside Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail. It is alleged that, on orders from Army Chief Asim Munir and Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the protestors are being targeted with chemical-laden water sprays.

Nevertheless, Khan's sisters and supporters refuse to back down, with the movement for Imran Khan's freedom gaining momentum each day. Charges under the Anti-Terror Act have been filed against Imran Khan's sisters.

Imran Khan's sister Aleema Khan declared unequivocally that their march will continue. She stated that the march towards Adiala Jail would proceed, and wherever they are stopped, they will protest right there.

Meanwhile, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Imran Khan's party leader and Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has also issued an open warning to Army Chief Asim Munir. Stating Imran Khan's message, he reported that the message from jail is clear: freedom or death.

Sohail Afridi expressed that if they visit Rawalpindi again, they will return either in a shroud or with Imran Khan's freedom. According to the Pakistani newspaper 'Dawn,' Afridi made it clear that this time's preparations are more substantial than ever before.

Alongside Imran Khan’s sisters, Sohail Afridi raises his voice against Asim Munir. At the start of December, Sohail Afridi reached Adiala Jail from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, but he was not allowed to meet Imran Khan. Now, he vows that the next time he comes to Rawalpindi, it will be with full preparation.

Former wife Jemima Khan has openly come forward in support of Imran Khan. Through social media and public platforms, Jemima Goldsmith has expressed grave concern about the treatment Imran Khan is receiving. She argues that Imran Khan is not just a politician but also the father of her children.

Jemima articulated that the manner in which Imran Khan is kept in isolation and barred from communicating with his sons Qasim and Suleman constitutes a violation of human rights. She emphasized that while a person can be imprisoned, their spirit and ideas cannot be confined.

On August 5th, Imran Khan's sons Qasim and Suleman were prevented from entering Pakistan. However, they are now planning a trip to see their father in Pakistan once again.

An interview from London reveals Qasim and Suleman’s claims that their father is being held in conditions akin to a death cell.

They describe limited lighting, occasional power cuts, and unsafe water that doesn’t meet international standards. Despite court orders, no one is allowed to visit Imran Khan, they allege.

This interview arrives amid the determined efforts of Imran Khan's sisters who are fighting a significant battle against Shahbaz Sharif and Asim Munir to free their brother from prison. Qasim and Suleman were asked if they sought permission from the Pakistani government to meet, referencing Pakistani Defense Minister Khawaja Asif’s statement welcoming Imran Khan’s sons to Pakistan.

Qasim conveyed that they now plan to go to Pakistan, preparing for a January visit, with visa applications already submitted.

Imran Khan’s sister, Noreen Niazzi, claims he is enduring the greatest hardship, held in isolation, and subjected to power cuts, which she calls the ultimate oppression. She states that now people are taking to the streets, and a spark is about to ignite, which could lead to unpredictable consequences.

When asked about their conversation with their father and any potential deals, Qasim and Suleman highlight their father’s sole goal: making Pakistan corruption-free as the mission of his life.

The sons also recall the fright and turmoil when rumors spread on social media about their father’s murder in jail.

The last attempt on August 5th to rally for Imran Khan's release witnessed a planned large-scale movement across Pakistan, but it failed to gain traction. This time, the scenario is different. With Imran Khan’s sons preparing to visit Pakistan in January, it’s clear the entire family and supporters are poised for a decisive battle against Asim Munir.
