Prashant Kishor launched a significant attack on Rahul Gandhi and Bihar's politics. Kishor noted that although Rahul Gandhi is now 55 years old, he has never spent a single night in Bihar outside election campaigns. He went as far as to suggest that Gandhi probably doesn't even know the names of all 40 districts in Bihar. Questioning Congress's 'Voter Rights Journey', Kishor asserted that Congress has become a mere follower of the RJD in Bihar, and such journeys will not benefit Rahul Gandhi.
Aiming at Congress
With a pinch of sarcasm, Prashant Kishor criticized Congress for supporting Lalu Prasad Yadav for 15 years, contributing to the state's misgovernance. Once a mighty force, Congress's presence in Bihar has now dwindled, he claimed. He even pointed out an incident in Sasaram where Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge arrived two hours early, but the event did not start until Lalu Yadav and Tejashwi made their appearance.
'Voter Lists Enough to Defeat Nitish'
Taking a jab at the RJD, Kishor remarked that those conducting the Voter Rights Journey were also once known for booth capturing. He stated that regardless of BJP or Nitish Kumar's efforts, the people listed in the voter register are sufficient to challenge them.
Discussing his Mission Bihar, Kishor said that in the next elections, the Jan Suraj Party will either secure enough seats to revolutionize the system or fail to get even 10 seats. Either Bihar will witness a full majority government of Jan Suraj, or they will continue to strive hard for another five years.
'Chirag Avoids Divisive Politics'
On Chirag Paswan, Kishor remarked that while he doesn't have a soft spot for him politically, Chirag does not engage in divisive caste or societal politics, which is commendable. He emphasized that Chirag doesn't engage in Bihar's politics but instead carries it beyond Bihar. Kishor clarified that his party would contest all 243 seats and there's no likelihood of forming alliances with Chirag Paswan or any party in 2025 or 2030.
'Nitish Won't Be CM At Any Cost'
Prashant Kishor made a bold assertion concerning Nitish Kumar, mentioning that Kumar would only remain in the chief minister's residence for three to four more months. He suggested that Nitish Kumar’s health is on the decline, asserting that he will not become chief minister again, regardless of circumstances. Even if the NDA unexpectedly secures a win, BJP will select its own representative as the chief minister, not Nitish Kumar.
