He declared that the NDA serves as the people’s servant, tirelessly striving to win their hearts with dedication and hard work. The Prime Minister underscored, “Bihar has shown - one more time for the NDA government.”
Prime Minister Modi pointed out that while some parties in Bihar relied on a divisive MY (Muslim-Youth) formula, today’s victory represents a new, inclusive MY formula - focused on Women and Youth.

The Prime Minister reiterated that despite speaking about 'Jungle Raj' and 'gun-toting governance,' no objections were raised by the RJD, but the Congress grew restless. He reiterated his commitment that such governance will never return to Bihar. The citizens have voted for a developed and prosperous Bihar, breaking all previous voting records as urged during his campaign.
'Voter List Purification Taken Seriously by the Youth'
He acknowledged that Bihar has one of the largest youth populations in the country, spanning all religions and castes. Their desires, ambitions, and dreams have dismantled the old sectarian MY Formula, and he specifically commended Bihar's youth. This result signifies not just an NDA victory, but also a triumph for democracy, reinforcing trust in the Election Commission.
PM Modi foresaw significant investment arriving in Bihar, generating employment and showcasing its newfound strength. Heritage sites, places of faith, and historical landmarks will undergo revitalization.
Praise for the Election Commission
PM applauded recent increases in voter turnout, especially among marginalized groups as a major Election Commission achievement. Once plagued by Maoist extremism, Bihar's remote areas have witnessed a rejuvenation, with people voting enthusiastically in unprecedented numbers.
The speech highlighted Bihar as the land that grants India the honor of being democracy’s birthplace, taking pride in showcasing democracy's resilience against adversaries. Bihar, echoing the motto 'Falsehood is vanquished, Public Faith prevails', has declared openly that those on bail receive no public support. The era of appeasement has made way for universal satisfaction, with India's population now seeking development alone.
'NDA Embarks on Bihar's 25-Year Golden Journey'
Launching the new government, PM Modi conveyed that the NDA is stepping onto a 25-year golden path in Bihar. The state assured the end of 'Jungle Raj'. This triumph belongs to the sisters and daughters who suffered under RJD's reign. It marks the triumph of Bihar's youth, whose future was jeopardized by Congress and leftist terror. Vindicating people’s mandate, today’s results champion development over dynasty politics.
Rebuking Those Who Called Chhath Puja a ‘Drama’
PM Modi addressed how past rulers have failed to honor Bihar’s rich culture. Those dismissing Chhath Puja as a ‘drama’ reflect poorly on their respect towards Bihar. His government endeavors to list Chhath in UNESCO's heritage, forging a global identity for this cherished tradition.
Mentioning Victories in Haryana, Maharashtra, and Delhi
The Prime Minister also thanked voters for giving the third consecutive chance in Haryana, a successive third victory in Maharashtra, and a historic majority in Delhi after 25 years. Bihar’s victory stands as a testament to people’s trust and development-centric politics.
Extending a Message to Bengal
Targeting Congress, PM Modi dubbed it 'Muslim-League Maoist Congress', predicting further internal discord over its negative politics. Concluding his address, he remarked on the Ganges flowing from Bihar to Bengal, paving BJP’s winning path there. He conveyed his felicitations to Bengal residents, anticipating collaboration in rooting out jungle raj from West Bengal too.
