The India Today Group in collaboration with C-Voter presented the comprehensive Mood of the Nation (MOTN) survey, encompassing the voices of over 125,123 individuals from diverse age groups, income brackets, education levels, castes, and urban-rural demographics. According to the MOTN survey’s projections, if the Lok Sabha elections were held today, the BJP is poised to secure 281 seats, while the Congress may clinch 78 seats. In the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Congress was awarded 99 seats, indicating a declining trajectory. MOTN estimates forecast a commanding 343 seats for the NDA coalition and 188 seats for the India Block if elections were imminent.

Who stands as the prime candidate for the next Prime Minister if elections were held today? A notable 51.2% favor Narendra Modi, with 24.9% supporting Rahul Gandhi. Meanwhile, 1.2% see Arvind Kejriwal as a future PM.
