Prayagraj MahaKumbh Stampede:

During the sacred Mouni Amavasya bathing ritual, chaos erupted, resulting in 30 recorded deaths and 60 injuries, according to official figures. Even after seven days, numerous devotees are still missing. These individuals are unlisted among the injured, dead, or unidentified bodies. This raises the question: where have these people gone since the tragic incident on January 29?

In Prayagraj, there are several major hospitals, with Swaroop Rani Hospital and Motilal Nehru Medical College being the largest government facilities. From Swaroop Rani Hospital's gate to the mortuary, notice boards bear pictures of those missing since the stampede at Sangam on January 29. Families have provided contact numbers and rewards for information.

Whether it's the poster of 62-year-old Rajkumari Parikh from Jaipur or Meena Devi and Sita Devi from Samastipur, Bihar, or Tejai Patel from Sagar, Madhya Pradesh - these and countless other posters with the clear message of these individuals missing from the morning stampede at Sangam on January 29.

Inquiry at the Swaroop Rani Hospital mortuary revealed that unidentified bodies are housed at the Medical College mortuary. Similar posters can be seen there. Our team encountered Ashok Patel from Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, near a poster for his missing father, Tejai Patel.

Relaying his ordeal, Ashok broke down.
