The embassy further advised all Indian nationals to adhere to security protocols issued by Israeli authorities and the Home Front Command. This advisory follows Israel's announcement of "Operation Rising Lion" against Iran. The embassy advised, "Exercise caution, avoid non-essential travel within the country, and stay close to safety shelters."
Notably, Israel conducted strikes targeting Iran's nuclear, missile, and military infrastructures on Friday. In retaliation, Iran launched counterattacks on Israel, resulting in at least three fatalities and numerous injuries.

In Tehran, the Indian Embassy shared emergency contact numbers on Friday, urging Indian nationals to remain vigilant, avoid unnecessary movement, and follow the safety guidelines issued by local authorities.
