The Hemant Soren government's cabinet expansion in Jharkhand has taken place. Eleven legislators from the coalition parties (JMM-Congress-RJD) have been inducted into the cabinet. Prior to their oath-taking, Stephen Marandi was sworn in as Protem Speaker, who later administered the oath to other legislators.
First to take the oath in the Hemant Soren government was Congress's Radhakrishna Kishore, who secured his victory from the Chhatarpur Assembly seat. This marks his fourth term as a legislator. He has previously won elections on Congress, JDU, and BJP tickets. After taking the oath, Chief Minister Hemant Soren congratulated him.

Deepak Biruwa Becomes Minister for the First Time
Deepak Biruwa from Jharkhand Mukti Morcha was the second to take the ministerial oath. He is an elected legislator from Chaibasa and has won elections for the fourth time, reaching the assembly. Subsequently, JMM's Chamra Linda took the oath. He is an elected legislator from Bishunpur on a JMM ticket and is in his third consecutive victory, becoming a minister for the first time.

RJD's Sanjay Prasad Appointed as Minister
Following Chamra Linde, Sanjay Prasad Yadav from the Rashtriya Janata Dal, part of the coalition, was sworn in. This is his first time as a minister. He won the election from the Godda seat, where he has won previously. Afterward, JMM's Ramdas Soren took the oath. Despite Champai Soren's resignation, he remained in the cabinet. Elected from Ghatshila for the third time, he has been made a minister for the second time.
Congress's Irfan Ansari Also Made Minister
Congress's Irfan Ansari has been included in the Hemant Soren cabinet. As a Congress legislator, he has been elected from the Jamtara Assembly seat for the third time on the party's ticket. Irfan Ansari was also made a minister after Alamgir Alam was imprisoned. Hafizul Hasan from the JMM quota was also appointed as a minority minister.

JMM Legislator Takes Oath in Urdu
After his father's demise, Hafizul Hasan was elected during the 2021 by-elections. Subsequently, he also served as a minister in the Hemant government. This is his third consecutive term as a minister. He took the oath in Urdu.
