Under the DDA General Public Housing Scheme, you can own a home at a surprisingly affordable rate, with prices starting at just 1.18 million INR. This scheme operates on a first-come, first-served basis, requiring you to apply online. Though primarily designed for EWS and LIG groups, anyone meeting the criteria can apply.
The DDA scheme offers more than 1,500 flats across various Delhi localities with prices ranging from 1.18 million INR to 3.2 million INR. There's no lottery system involved—just apply online, and if you're swift enough in the booking process, your dream home could soon be yours. Flat bookings commence from the 7th of November.

In Narela, there are 1,120 flats available for the EWS category, priced between 1.18 million INR to 1.19 million INR with a 15% discount. Rohini sectors 34 and 35 offer 308 flats for the lower-income group priced at 1.4 million INR. Additionally, Ramgarh Colony has 73 flats priced between 1.31 million INR and 1.45 million INR.
On Shivaji Marg, EWS category flats are available, ranging from prices between 2.52 million INR and 3.27 million INR. Given the posh locale, these flats are somewhat pricier.
To apply for a flat, log in to the DDA website at //https://eservices.dda.org.in. Register with a fee of 2,500 INR. Upon login, check the available flats and their locations before selecting one that suits you. You will have 15 minutes to make the payment. The booking amount for an EWS flat is 50,000 INR, while an LIG flat requires a payment of 100,000 INR. Make payment within 15 minutes for a first-come, first-served opportunity. You will receive an allocation letter from DDA after successful booking. The balance amount must be paid within 60 days.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a mandatory PAN card, and not own any property in Delhi. The total income limit for EWS flats should be under 1 million INR.
