Additional DCP Greater Noida Ashok Kumar addressed the media, announcing the arrest of two individuals connected to the murder case. The murder suspects intended to rob money and jewelry from Sanjay Yadav. To cover their crime, they set his Fortuner ablaze with his body inside.

The suspects have been identified as Vishal Rajput from Kanhaiya Nagar, Delhi, and Jeet Chaudhary from Hathni Bharatpur, Rajasthan. Lately, both had been residing near Indirapuram. They were found with gold items, cash amounting to 6250 rupees, phones, and the murder weapon, a dog leash.

According to police, the duo were friends with the victim, Sanjay Yadav. Yadav visited their room on that ill-fated Tuesday afternoon, where they drank beer together. Subsequently, under intoxication, the murder was committed, followed by the theft. The perpetrators then traveled to a remote location near Ngla Nainpur in Dadri's jurisdiction, approximately 25 kilometers from Ghaziabad, where they disposed of Yadav's body by setting his SUV on fire. Both suspects drove around with the body for several hours before arriving at this spot.

Even after the case unveiling, numerous questions remain unanswered, such as- why did the suspects go to such lengths for a robbery? What was the motive behind targeting someone they called a friend, and why was the car set ablaze?
