This year's Ramnavami in Ayodhya is set to be an exceptional event with the city expecting to host millions of people. To accommodate this, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple will remain open 24 hours from April 15 to 17, allowing worshippers to revel in their deity's presence, day or night, during both aarti or offerings.
If necessary, deliberations are on to keep the temple open for 24 hours the following day, April 18. Meanwhile, senior government officials, in conjunction with Ayodhya's administration, are diligently reviewing preparations to handle the significant number of pilgrims.
Given the long-awaited establishment of the grand Ram Mandir, the fervor of devotees has reached new heights, with daily visits by nearly 200,000 people, sometimes even touching half a million. With such turnout on regular days, one can only imagine the gathering for Ramnavami.

Shri Ram Mandir Open 24 Hours For Three Days
Consensus was reached with the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust to keep the temple open for three full days starting April 15. This initiative will maximize the number of people who can partake in this sacred observation. If necessary, this may extend to April 18, based on the need.
