The opposition Congress has promised free ration kits and Rs. 2500 per month for women, among other commitments.
After Aam Aadmi Party's assurances and Congress's guarantees, it's now the turn of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to present its manifesto. Today, the BJP will unveil its promises for the Delhi elections. According to reports, BJP President JP Nadda will present the party's manifesto at 2 PM on January 17. The BJP has strategically chosen this date, as it coincides with the last day for nominations.
Today is also the final day for filing nominations for the Delhi elections. The BJP has fielded candidates for 68 out of the 70 seats in Delhi. The party has left two seats, Burari and Deoli, for its allies - Janata Dal (United) and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas).
