A heartbreaking incident has surfaced in the Varachha area of Surat. The owner of a restaurant took his life after falling victim to a honey trap. Before his death, he recorded a poignant video in which he narrated his ordeal and held four individuals responsible for his demise. The video quickly gained attention, prompting the police to spring into action, register a case against the accused, and initiate an investigation.
Information reveals that the restaurant owner was Yogesh Bhai Giriraj. A woman working in Yogesh's restaurant ensnared him in her trap. Yogesh was already burdened with debts, managing bank loans. Meanwhile, he fell deeper into the honey trap. Speaking in Gujarati before his suicide, Yogesh stated, 'My name is Yogesh. I've been entrapped by a woman working in my restaurant and her sister-in-law. The sister-in-law is the mastermind. She took me with her.'

Just four or five days later, she returned demanding 500,000 rupees, threatening him with violence and vandalism at his shop if he refused. I was forced into it. They took money from me, leaving my son and wife orphaned. These four individuals are the cause of my suicide. They should be punished. I expect justice from the police. These people have ruined my life. I was reeling under debt, which I was trying to pay off.
Following the creation of this video, Yogesh jumped off the Tapi River bridge in the Kamrej area of Surat. Subsequently, the body of restaurant owner Yogesh Bhai was discovered in the Tapi River within Surat city. In this case, Yogesh’s wife filed a complaint at Varachha police station against the two women and two men mentioned in his video. ACP PK Patel stated that the case has been registered based on the complaint from the deceased’s wife, and the search for the accused has commenced.
